As a compliance professional and licensed lawyer, I work across both European and Chinese legal environments, with a focus on international trade law, FinTech regulation, and data protection.
I am currently based in the Netherlands, where I work as a Compliance Manager at XTransfer.
In parallel, I contribute to policy research, and provide legal consulting services, primarily in the areas of trade policy, export control, data protection, and cross-border commercial transactions.
I hold an LL.M. in International Trade and Investment Law from the University of Amsterdam. I am certified with CIPP/E and have been trained in EU customs and trade compliance.
I work in English and Chinese. I use this site to share insights on legal and compliance developments related to international trade, cross-border business, finance regulation, and data protection.
